When I get like this, I sleep too much and let my heart and head sort themselves out in dreamland.

Which is nice, except when I have strange Iranian missile crises (that's the plural of crisis) that happen in the ice world discovered upon when the tour guide overthrows the government and starts slicing people with ice picks and talking about band management. I mean, really.

The funeral was hard. A large lot of us came together and shared stories and cried and laughed and got really drunk for several days on end. Which is difficult to do when you have the flu, but I found a way to drink through the logic.

There was about 150 of us in the funeral caravan, and over a thousand people covering 20 miles of travelspace between Gautier and Biloxi. They waved flags and saluted the casket and stood up in the freezing cold morning to show their support for Michael. It was a mind-blowing show of patriotism.

Not much is new otherwise. Just a lot of sleep and a lot of pulling covers over my head. You could say I'm depressed. Or you could just say I'm sleepy.
